Friendly staff, great pools, spacious room
Pros:
The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Were happy to call to confirm transfers and book us onto trips. We also made use of the scooters which were great.
The pools are clean and big, they have a shallow pool for young children.
The rooms were spacious, cleaned daily & bathroom was large.
The staff were happy to provide extra towels if we needed them.
The breakfast was good, all you can eat buffet style with a Thai option, eggs, cereal, toast, waffles and fruit.
Cons:
The only issues I had but did not ruin the stay at all were... The patio door to our room when shut and locked had a slight gap which was unfortunately big enough to let the pesky mosquitoes in.
The Aircon unit was very noisy, we got used to it but not as quiet as normal ones.
The mosquito net around the double bed was a bit pointless as it didn't cover the top of the bed or the back, so no use.
I'd say these are fairly minor cons! We stayed for 8 days and really had a lovely time, I'd recommend
