Hotel was good but the receptionist really spoilt our stay

The receptionist accused us of lying when we said the room was not made up. And demanded to see the room to see if we are making up stories.
When we suspected an insect bites from the room, my husband’s hands and legs had little itchy bumps all over. She demanded we see the doctor and proofed that it was bugs in the room. Or she won’t changed the sheet or rooms. Wow, talking about customers comfort.
She made us feel like we were renting the place for free. It was a very horrible attitude. It could be a good place, but just change your receptionist. The local woman with thick glasses.
