The room is very dirty.

It is not worth to pay for staying here. The room is rather dirty. There is some pee on toilet in the room. Only one towel in the room. I would not explain more. Anyway, one good thing is that there is free wifi.

Valuable of money, finally come back again
It is value for money. They provide coffee in the room. Convenient location near Seacon square and very close to big 7-11. Just have to ask hair dryer from the front counter, not in the room.

Simply Apartment and not hotel as you stated
