first time n last time stay

first time stsy here.
behind Sathorn square. walking distance to bts chong nongsi. but better walk around Sathorn square along main road as safer. short cut has to share with many reckless motorcyclist.
room is ok, but sofa needs cleaning as strong smell. no hot water in shower. flushing system not good. almost no sound proof from neighbour rooms.
good points- chamber maid and door man very friendly and always smiling. n room has washing machine(but no dryer).
for that the price, add a little can stay better place.
