Unsatisfactory, not worth the money, mouldy
While the staff are friendly, engaging, and helpful and the location is in a very nice Soi behing Chong Nonsi, unfortunately this hotel has a serious mould problem. The room we were checked into was so mouldy we could barely stay the night. The staff moved us to another room, which was still dank and mouldy / mildew smelling. Elevators smelled the same if not worse, so my guess is there has been some quite serious water damage to the building that has resulted in this. It is unhealthy to stay in such an environment and can have a bad impact on the body's respiratory system, so I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Shame given the location and price. To top off the experience, after paying for a week's stay, having to move rooms, we were told that the hotel would not store our bags for a couple of days while we went upcountry, unless if we stayed there again. While this would have been a favour and not an obligation, it was really disappointing to be told this policy.
