We had the 2-room suite, with total of 5 beds (1 queen bed, 4 single beds) with 2 baths. The space was practical for us 5 adults travelling. You get basically what you need at a minimum. Including good wifi connection.
We cooked our breakfast everyday and shopped in nearby supermarkets. Preparing in the morning was practical having 2 baths. Transport was easy as Grab Car can easily locate the hotel. It is also near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (around 5 minutes walk).
Staff was polite and very attentive to our needs and our questions. Literally, you ask for something, then its there instantly at a blink. (we asked for a luggage scale, 5 seconds after, there it is) Check-in and check-out was a breeze, no hassle at all. Upon check in, the staff briefed us in detail about the facilities and services that are available. (Most staff we talked to spoke English fluently).
Only con - the elevator was small to fit 5 people, sometimes it overloads. But there's 2 elevators anyways.
