Wonderful place -excellent

I have stayed in quite a lot of hotels due to my job and I have to say this has been one of the best I have stayed in. The staff are really lovely, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were always cleaned to a very high standared and every day. The cleaning staff always smiled and were very friendly.
The reception staff I found were very professional , helpful and courteous. They all speak good English so communication is no problem. The manager , her Thai nickname (Tic ) is a really lovely woman , friendly , helpful and cares that you enjoy your stay. I highly recommend to anybody that they stay here. Originally I was only going to stay 3 days but extended to about 10 days as I felt so comfortable here due to all the staff. I will definitely be coming back once in Samui again.
Overall if your looking for quietness , close proximety to main attractions, very friendly and helpfull staff and beautiful view of the lake you should stay here!!

Nice Hotel
