This Hotel is really in desperate need of an upgrade. Lobby is clean and tidy but some of the signs have letters missing. Not a great first impression. The room we had on the 9th floor was a shocker. Walls were very dirty below the bench tops and the multiple layers of silicone in the bathroom was impregnated with mould. A kettle was supplied to boil water but no coffee tea or creamer. No cups supplied and we had to buy some at a little shop next to the mini big c. The air con was extremely noisy to the extent we had to use earplugs to help us sleep{I am partly deaf too so it was loud} the second night it was switching off and on all the time so annoying. Units look about 20 years old and showing signs of no maintenence. The shower over the bath is designed for people of a child's height and really difficult to set the water temperature. The
