By the island's wastewater plant !

I'm not a fussy backpacker. I travel on a budget and I know what I can and can't expect for that price on Koh Phi Phi. And this place is definitely not one I would recommend! The hotel is located right by the island's wastewater treatment plant, as a result there is a constand smell of sewage lingering. You have to pay extra for the air con and keeping the windows open is not an option because of the smell and the noise. I know for a fact you can get much better on the island for that price, so even if this is the only hotel within your budget that appears available online, I would recommend you wait until you get to Phi Phi to find a room rather than book this one in advance.
