Alright stay but not really worth the money

the check in was quik and easy like it is in most of the hotels, copy of the passport, sign, pay and done. The room itself was always super hot, probably because it was the room right beneath the roof. The shower water was horrible smelly for the first 1 or 2 minutes afterwards it's okay. We had a fan room, the fan worked but the engine to move the fan from one side to the other was broken. The hotel is located a little outside the center but close enough to get everywhere without problems, sometimes it was a bit noisy because of some karaoke party somewhere. The breakfast contains 2 slices of toast with butter and jam, a small juice and coffee or tea. The worst thing was that we are not sure what went wrong with our booking because regarding Agoda we booked a Deluxe Double room but at the hotel we got an Old standard double room. The hotel staff blamed Agoda and that they submmited this room (plus point: one of the womens was able to speak English... at least better than most of the others) ... we don't know if they screwed us but it was only because a fridge more in the deluxe room we decided not to do any further research.

Bad breakfast and no laundry service included

Dirty blankets. Poor breakfast. Noisy friendless staff. less staff. No soap and wifi, wather stopped

It worked, but was not very comfortable.

Worst hotel of my life
I do not wish this misery on anyone. Save yourself the agony and do not book a room at Harmony House 2. The only pro is that it is one of the cheapest places on Phi Phi. That being said, i paid more f... อ่านต่อ
