Poor

Firstly, we booked a deluxe room, and we got put in a standard room. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, door didn’t lock properly. The fan didn’t work, we had no tv as advertised and the bathroom was that small you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly. Worse yet, there are lots of gaps(holes for ventilation?) in the bricks which enabled people to see right in. The gaps in the wall were in the bathroom as well which was next door to a restaurant! So people could hear you or see right in. Overall very poor and disappointing. We are backpackers and have stayed in rooms and hostels 10X better than this for a quarter of the price

For all staff at harmony house are kind person, they provide to good service and have a hard smile.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Ko Phi Phi center, but very quiet place. Small but decent breakfast - two toasts with jam and butter, decent coffee and cheap juice. Optionally you can order extra... อ่านต่อ

Misleading, please read before booking
