Basic room for an extortionate price

We paid a night to stay here in a basic fan room. We have stayed in similar rooms elsewhere in Thailand for less than a third of the price but you are paying extra to stay on Phi Phi. Breakfast was included in the price which was a bog standard toast and jam with tea/coffee and fruit juice. The hotel was not too far from the centre of town but far enough away that it is not too noisy. It was, however, next to the waste distribution plant (nicknamed poo garden) which meant that you could smell sewage most of the time, and there was some sewage spilling over on to the streets. The room was comfortable and clean, it was quite hot though it did cool down as the evening wore on.

Reasonable size room
Located towards the view point and good to be a bit of distances away from the bars. Beach and Pier are walking distance, relatively easy to get around as its a small island. Prepare for other late n... อ่านต่อ

Great rooms but a little overpriced
i liked the hotel but found it was very expensive for what i got. i have stayed in similar accomodation on my travels and havent paid half as much. i think you pay for the island more so than anything... อ่านต่อ

OK, but won't stay again.
Fairly basic for the price. Clean and professional with no major problems.

Not bad
Not too spacious room, but for our last minute call it was fine, cold water and kind of wc/shower together. The building is old, but if you stay a night or two. It’s absolutely fine.
