None of the Advertised Facilities
We paid for a room that was touted as offering 'flatscreen TV, satellite/cable TV, refrigerator, aircon, shower, wifi in all rooms, desk and clothes rack'. The 'clothes rack' was a broken wardrobe containing one coat hanger; the 'desk' was a shelf extended off the wardrobe (no chair); there was NO TV (the manager informed us that there were no flatscreens on the premises); there was no refrigerator was in the room (but, upon complaining, an old bar fridge was delivered to our room); and the wifi was, at best, patchy. Our 'non-smoking room' was pervaded night and day with cigarette smoke from the hallway (butts all over corridor floor), or maybe it was through the hole in the ceiling patched up with a poster and boxing tape. To be fair, the aircon worked quite well (even if the control was hanging from a live wire on the wall), and the 'ensuite' even had a hot water shower. But to advertise features that don't even exist and dishonestly take people's money on that basis, is unacceptable
