Most horrible place to stay. EVER
First of all, their location is in some hidden alley.. I was lost for nearly 1.5 hours finding for the place. Secondly, it is not a 8 people sharing dorm. There were 7 double deck beds, which means you will share the room with 13 others. The bathroom n toilets were ok, but the floor was extremely dirty even though travellers were not allowed to use shoes/sandals in the room. They never swept the floor probbly!! Sticky n dirty!! And then, there were BED BUGS!! If only i had known earlier, i would have left the place n find a better hotel to stay! When i told the staff (or the owner or the manager) he gave the dumb look and said will change the sheets and spray. After which i was still badly bitten again. I complained again and i was given another bed to sleep, but didnt quite get to escape from the bed bugs and i was awake whole night!! When i tried looking at other beds, i realized that both times i was offered the thin old mattresses, while the rest slept in what looked like new beds and way thicker! Discrimation agaist asian travellers coz we are not as rich as western travellers? I dont know for sure. The placed is managed by Indians (maybe owned too). They were not helpful at all, not friendly and loves to give the FU look!!
I hope agoda will not be having these kinda places! Such a disaster!! And it does spoil agodas reputation!!!
