F**K this place

So I checked in here and it looks nice from the outside. But they say they have Wifi in all the rooms but they don't. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to change rooms to one where there was wifi and they refused. They weren't very apologetic and just generally I'm pretty miffed at this situation. I changed hotels and ate the cost. Oh yeah and the TV channel selection really sucks!
