Not even 3 star range

Rooms are bad; with minimal bed and breakfast facilities. no hot water; bathroom did not even have tooth brush or paste, we had to buy from nearby minimart. When our pick up was late, we requested the reception to call the driver, they refused saying that it is a paid service. I trust Agoda while making choices and is disappointed with Agoda's judegement for this hotel.
