Excellent facility, incompetent front desk.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 12-15 times in the last five years and I must say that the check in is absolutely painful, and incompetent. There is no manager presence, and the staff just chit-chat, take personal calls, do not respect the que, and are overall unprofessional, inefficient and just plain incompetent. They never recognize me with a "Welcome back Mr. Kinsella", regardless of the thousands of dollars I have spent there which quite frankly is a little offensive. I love the facility as a beach hotel, the location is great and the rooms are perfect for a beach holiday, but the front desk needs an overhaul. I brought friends last time (Three rooms, three nights each, $1400 SGD, and the check in and check out were downright embarrassing. If it happens again, I will never stay with them again, which is a shame because my wife and I visit at least four to five times a year.
