The worse hotel in phuket

1)the worse staff.please get a new staff..please do it!!!!! 2)worse breakfast,not much choice,and when its time to over no one come to your table to tell you,please take your last food before we clean everything up!they just closed! 3)room safe box is not working 4)I stayed at suite,the most expensive room in your hotel,yet your staff is so rude. 5)the day we check out,we ask for taxi to airport,at night we already ask and its cost 1k thai baht from hotel to airport.upon check out the price changed to 1400 thai baht.when i make nose i said he said only 1000 thai baht,she said nope its for 2 people if 4 is 1300 thai baht.and i told her you just said 4 people is 1400.she just shut the mouth.what kind of people you been keeping to run your hotel.
I wish i can give no star to thia hotel!!

Fantastic
The room I had reserved was overbooked. Then i got the largest room in the hotel with a jacuzzi on my balcony. It was fantastic

Excellent
Great hotel, great location. Less than 100 meters or so to the beach. Great local restraints, plenty of shopping and Less than 800 meters from Bangla Road. We will be back.

1-good location 2-old building hotel 3-very noisly I’m woke up every day from 6 am noise off excavation,truck,compresser working beside the hotel , I think avoid this hotel if you planning to vacatio... อ่านต่อ
