Fantastic deluxe room but let down elsewhere.

The deluxe room was beautiful, fabulous bath tub, and lovely soft pillows. The terrace was clean. However, the chairs on the terrace were very uncomfortable. It’s great to eee such a wonderful bathtub but after half an hour of running the water there is still only a few cm of water it begs the question what is the point in Such a fab feature that in essence doesn’t work. The water pressure in the shower was fine but in the bath and the sink it was dire. I ordered a fillet steak at the restaurant, it was awful, I ordered medium rare, it came rare but cold, I don’t mind cold on the inside but the outside was cold too. They took it back and pan fried it again, it came back and it was so tough it took half my power to cut through it. Also they brought it back on the same initial plate so the veggies were now cold. The last negative was the stray black dog out of the front of the hotel, it was evil barking a bearing it’s teeth at you. I love dogs but would not leave the hotel if there.

One of the best place I ever had
