Awesome pool, big room, poor service

The swimming pool is amazingly large, hotel room is very nice too with large bathroom. Restaurant with sea view, 5min walking to beautiful beach, good spot to enjoy sunset. Room service is instant. However, the restaurant staff seems very demotivated, the service is poor, and for whatever reason, there are so many flies and mosquitoes that you can't even enjoy being in the public area, especially not pleasant having a meal in the open restaurant.
