Nice area in traditional part of Bangkok

Love the nearby market - wide array of food and great to soak in the local atmosphere as compared to the more touristy areas. The host, Sukanya, was welcoming and helped us order a cake for my husband's birthday. She also took the trouble to explain how to get around and was genuinely interested in our plans. The place has such a lovely homey feel to it. The room is a nice size for the three of us, with a beautiful spacious bathroom and there's access to the open seating area outside and coffee and pastries for breakfast.
