Stayed here for a couple of times. It feels like the services are getting worse. Check in took forever. We have booked for two rooms where one of the rooms has been extended for one more night. Staff did not seem to get in and needed us to sign duplicated guest forms. On the last night, the room with extended night did not work and we have to get down to reception again to fix it.
Staffs used to be very friendly but they dont even look when you walk pass the lobby area. Staffs at western restaurants were very helpful and always with a big smile though.
