Falling ibiza

I initially requested for the lower bunk since i feel dizzy staying at the upper bunk. At first they gave me the upper one despite of my request. Then i questioned them and show them the email conversation. The lady in the reception could not comprehend at all despite the fact that there is a highlighted comment on my booking. Then they change my bed to lower one without any orientation i need to look for it in the dark. Then i went out and ask the lady for it. Toilet inside the room is very dirty. The pool is not open until 10am i guess, which i wasn't able to experience since i need to go back in the city.
