CHEATING HOSTEL

I booked a dormitory cost $14, but they gave me a dormitory cost $11. After I called to Agoda support center, they agreed to give the dormitory I booked BUT on the 2nd day, not the 1st because all dormitory is full.
On the 2nd day, I asked them to give me the dormitory I booked, but they still said all are full so I required to get refund, after that, they take me to the dormitory I booked which is NO ONE there, but they told me it is FULL. THEY ARE LIERS !
After I got my dormitory, they didn't turn on AC, they said they will open it at 5pm. HOW CAN IT HAPPEN?
I haven't met any problems like this before!
These problems are so annoying & I can't enjoy my trip.
Receptionist is a lier & her reaction is so bad.
I will never book this hotel again!

Best location and clean place you can find on beach

Not even good for a budget backpacker

I wouldn't stay again
