Bad

Nothing in this hotel is ok. I ask for the suitcase trolley for me wedding ceremony, unbelievable they have only 1 in this hotel. And also I book the twin bed a month ago once i go to check in, they said that they don't have because they already remark that it is upon at that time of check, i said during am booking there is not sentence on my booking.On the morning, my wedding ceremony start , they come and ask me to pay for the rest.?? Poor staff, no manner.

good business location
the hotel is pretty new. the elevator need the access keycard to activate the system. all the staff speak good English. the Breakfast was not that convenient on the early morning especially the rush h... อ่านต่อ

Good Location
site near the city but the street was a little narrow. no bus pass by. you either have to walk or take a motorbike to get to the mrt station. it takes about 15 min walk though. the room is quite small... อ่านต่อ

hotel is clean but room too noisy
i appreciate being upgraded but although the room is nice but its fronting the main road so its noisy..still prefer the cheaper room which is quieter as it is located at the back of the hotel
