Very good and quiet place for the money

The place is very quiet. Rooms are fine. Bathroom is ok. Refrigarator in room. Beds are comfortable. They have rooms garden side that are quieter. Thai breakfast with toasts, butter and jam is free. American breakfast is 100 B additional. Owner is friendly and speaks a good English.

Driving To Chiangmai
Stayed one night during the off season while driving to Chiangmai. Very quiet and a great place for an overnight rest. WiFi was surprisingly good. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.
