Would never stay here again

Pros- can walk from the ferry, Tesco round the corner, has a swimming pool. Apart from that we would never stay here again. The staff are ignorant and extremely rude. We had no hot water no explanation and the manager did not want to listen just said later and walked away I enquired 3 times and nothing. We was staying for the full moon party and are backpackers so don't expect much but for this price and level of rudeness we would never recommend staying here. We had body paint on us but was barely able to shower when arriving back at early hours because the shower was still freezing and they charge ridiculous prices if u get body paint anywhere. The room smelled like piss. There is an italian woman how takes it upon herself to be middle woman/ manager then when you put a question to her says I am not the manger what do you want me to do. Shocking hotel.

Big let down considering the price
Cost of the hotel wasn't at all worth it... Wifi didn't work in the rooms, tried to charge us 200 baht for tiger balm on sheets, they obviously don't understand that white sheets are going to get dirt... อ่านต่อ

Nice Hotel but Somewhat Overated

Pretty but...
