We loved it here, the rooms were fantastic especially for the money you pay. The staff are attentive if you approach them. It's very clean and you can wander out the back to through the next guesthouse's gardens to use the swimming pool or watch the river as it's run by the same family. You're right in the heart of town with some lovely restaurants nearby (Mangosteen café is definitely worth a visit), but the rooms are at the back so you don't hear noise from the street. They have a tour desk that is as competitive as the others (we shopped around and ended up booking with them). The only negative is they need to get a better cook as the restaurant was comfortable but the food was not good which is a shame as with a better cook they could have a very busy restaurant (and a better breakfast, even the Thai food was bad!) All in all I would definitely stay again.
