Set the right expectations and it is a great hotel

Surprisingly clean and well maintained. We got the riverfront bungalow - these are the newest for sure. So, if there are reviews about dirt and bugs, maybe they apply to the older (non-AC) rooms. Our bungalow was extremely clean and nice - obviously quite new. One huge cockroach, but you're in a rainforest - duh. The beds and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Good food, nice tours. Overall, no complaints at all!

Good location and comfortable.
