Ok cheap hostel/hotel

Pro: Staff were very friendly and polite, very reasonable price
Con: booked a private room with shower, upon using shower realized there was no water heater, then saw the sign saying if you want a hot shower you need to go use the public/hostel bathroom. There was construction going on during the day inside the hotel, quite noisy.
Ultimately there are better options in Chiang Rai in this price range, but they were fully booked during high season. If you're in this position this hotel is ok.

Amazing!
This place is great! My wife and I loved it. It has a great location and the delicious thai breakfast is only 10 bath. They also serve free water/coffee/tea all day.
