Fantastic but with a hiccup

A good hotel to stay in. Navigation for Grab or Taxi might be a problem though since it's surrounded by alleys. The hotel provide shuttle service to the main road so it's all good.
I put 3 stars for facilities because there are times where when we called for the shuttle service. We have to wait for 30mins and it's still not there when the distance by the shuttle can be there in 5mins. Called a few times and all we gotten was that the shuttle it's on the way. So guys, it's better to get a taxi /grab/tuktuk straight to the hotel rather than to wait for the shuttle service to hotel.
