Housekeeping is Disappointing
In all the 4 nights of stay, housekeeping didn't clean the bedroom or bathroom, all they did is make the bed and change the towels. The hair in the drainage hole and cups used on first day were left there until the last day we checked out. Bangkok is probe to flooding. On the second day of our stay, the flood in the walk way to hotel was so bad that it's over ankle high. After battling through the water to reach the lobby, the staff there merely giggled at our sight. They did nothing to provide towels to guests coming in soaked. We have to enter our rooms with wet and sandy shoes. The black water stains and sand left behind was in the room until we checked out. They ought to improve on their housekeeping.
There is also not English channel programme. All TV channels showed programme in Thai or dubbed in Thai.
Short-cut to BTS/Airport Link is through a desserte car park (with a junk yard at the end), which can be quite dark at night. Hotel Tu-Tu will not bring you there.
