The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean room, comfortable bed, new and modern finishes, good bathroom, sufficient toiletries. Staff are friendly, accommodating and speak good English. Only problem is with soundproofing between room and corridor - you can hear people talking and doors opening at the corridor, but no issue with adjacent rooms. The location is OK. It's a short walk from Phaya Thai station but you pass through private property (gate closes at 10pm) and on a gravel road which might damage your luggage. They provide shuttle service to the main road (near Pratunam market) and convenience stores. You can call for pick up at the same areas.
