Good hotel and lovely staff

I chose this hotel so that we would have a good view of the new year fireworks at Asiatique. After our free upgrade to a corner room we had a super room and a great view. The hotel isn't perfect, but I really like it all the same. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems good for business with well appointed meeting rooms. The ballroom looks good for weddings and the hotel appears set up for this type of business. The staff manage to be business like without being officious. This isn't a balance always managed well in Thailand, but at Grand Howard it is.

Superb room, value for money, OK location

Staff are friendly and location is good because we have relative staying at the condo opposite. The minus point is the lighting in the room is too dim. It can do with better lighting.

Big rooms with great views
Come for the rooms which are great. Otherwise facilities are sparse and you need a taxi to get around. Definitely aimed more at Asian clientele so simple things like a cot in the room were unavaiable ... อ่านต่อ
