they dont care about customer service just money


It started already bad when they forgot to pick us, fam with three children, from the airport, while they had confirmed. Ones arrived with a taxi we were told the room would only have two beds, we could have some pillows and sheets to sleep on the floor. Besides that they wanted to charge us for two additional breakfasts cause the room was for three. We had booked several hotels this trip and all gave us options if they wouldnt have one room for 5, with one we even booked two rooms cause they didnt have one room for 5. This hotel claimed in the booking one room for 5 and didnt commit instead they wanted more money luckily for us it was only one night!!

Clean, nice room, good view, best price. Breakfast for indian is not Soo good but overall will give 4 points out of 5

Nice and Clean
The room was so clean. But swimming pool was not so good, it was a bit dirty. Very nice river view from our room. The eating room for breakfast was so tiny, seem it was not enough for all customers.
