would not stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai

First the staff is super friendly.
Been there many time and remain hesitant to recommend this charming guesthouse because I don't want anyone to know about it, but one cannot be selfish. Plus the family owning the place has to make a living and since I cannot be there all the time I may as well make room for others.
Located in the heart of the old city, this is the only place with a real multi acres garden. Generally speaking because the guesthouse is very affordable, it is mostly occupy by young and polite travelers. Most of them, as myself, return offenders.
If you need anything, just ask... Renting a bike or scooter, a ride to airport or train station, they even have cheap and good laundry on premises.
Just go there but please keep the secret....

Hyggeligt lille oase midt i byen. Søde damer. Mit dobbeltværelse var tiptop. Cozy little garden in the middle of the city. Sweet ladies. My dubble room was all that I needed and enjoyed.

Staff was very helpful. But there is almost no wi-fi in the room and the breakfast wasn’t good neither. The room was clean and clean.

Dorm so-so rooms better
I booked the cheap dorm but it was stuffy so booked a lively new large room. Nice friendly staff and good breakfast. Quiet garden setting in convenient location.

Quiet place.....
It's our 3rd time in Gong Kaew Huen Kum and everything was fine like always, just the bathroom need a bit maintenance.
