Convenient location, hard as rock beds, lukewarm showers.

The staff were very kind but did nothing to solve our problems. The bed was rock hard and we could feel the springs. Luckily we are in Thailand where massages are everywhere! It was chilly when we stayed there and although we turned the hot water on as instructed, it never got warmer than tepid! When we asked about that we were told that the water was hot enough for her! The breakfast menu was boring and the food tasteless, and was not included in the room rate. One day we returned to the room at 4:30pm and the room had not been cleaned. The excuse was that they needed to clean the checked out rooms first. All in all, not a pleasant experience. The gardens were lovely and the room was quiet.

Average hotel but good location
