Very dark rooms but quiet. Poor breakfast

Expensive for family room and poor value for breakfast with slow service and limited choice. Friendly staff. Good advise on activities and transportation booking but mark-up is excessive. I would stay again but in a standard room and would not book on Agoda (we would have paid less booking directly and would have avoided all kind of payment problems).

One of our favorite places!
This was one of our favorite places on our month long trip. The staff was great and once you walk through the gates you have your own oasis! Loved the location. Will be staying here again for sure.

Quiet and Relaxing
Walking distance to the Saturday and Sunday night markets, yet quiet at night. The bed was a bit hard for me though, the blanket was too thin. Other than that all is good

Accomodating staff, very clean, beautiful place, good location
Accomodating staff. Value for money. Clean rooms and located walking distance to a lot of restaurants, night market, temples and Thae Pae Gate

Great location, basic rooms, but a bit dark.
Used this place as a base for road trips. Friendly owner, good parking for motorbikes, behind a gate. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hallways and reception a bit dark and uninviting though.

good little guest house right in the middle of old
this was my first time in this hotel, overall it was good some nice little bars close by, the night markets were close by and easy to get to the main attractions
