Perfect in many ways, with a noise problem.

We stayed at the accommodation for 6 nights. When we arrived we were surprised by the good looking conditions of the bedroom and all the common areas. We found the place beautiful, clean, and the staff was very very nice. Breakfast is really good as well. We had a problem, we were placed at the room 205, above the cleaning staff room, right in front and bellow the wood stairs that squeak with every step. In 6 nights, we didn’t slept after 7am. People up and down the stairs, speaking loud in front of the room. The worst is that cleaning of common areas start around 7:30am(cannot understand why) and they are the worst doing noise. Banging doors, screaming from level to level to each other, banging mops against the wood and iron bars in front of the room. Even when we asked to make less noise because we wanted to sleep, they said sorry, and continued as nothing happened. We would like to highly recommend to stay here, but something needs to be done with the morning noise!
