Good Service from Pa Isa (front office), the rest very bad

Thank you for the room arrangement side by side room & early checkin, but bad service from staff, never know how to smile except Pa Isa, she did a good job & very friendly, the phone cannot be use, room 709 aircond problem, i have to go down like 3 4 times just to ask the maintenance to check my room, after a few hours they decided to change room, still the phone cannot use its hard for me to communicate with my family in the other room, and room have a lot of stain, housekeeping never topup my drinking water during my second day, which they supposed to give drintking water if guest stay more than 1 night.

Ok but could be better

Value for money
