parking

pros: they have ample parking available with a large compound instead of the ones you can get nearer to town.

cons: you might want to double check prior to arriving at the hotel because when i arrive the hotel personnel told me that u did not make any reservation or payment! i was shocked! i believed that they have rented out my rooms to other guest & i had to wait more than an hour just for them to check with the management to clear the matter up. i had booked 5 superior twin & 3 superior double rooms for a night. in the end they upgraded us to deluxe rooms instead of our original superior rooms. it was alright to have an upgrade but i did imagine the worse that could happen was what if they are full? what would have happened then? would they have refunded my money & asked me to check into another hotel? having traveled by road for almost 6 hours my friends & i were absolutely tired! if that had happen i have no idea what i would have done!

Overall was Great
Big, Clean and tidy room.. no hairdryer in the room but can borrow upon request.. Location quite far from Lee Garden Plaza.. got indoor and outdoor parking space.. Friendly staff..

Wifi is good
Stay in this hotel so many times because the wifi is very good and strong signal. Location is no far to Lee Garden Plaza, just 15 min walking distance.

Simple but meets my needs
Would have been nice if they had coffee making facilities in-room and bar soap at wash basin, but otherwise I am satisfied with the room.
