Bad Sound Proof, hot shower not working sometime

Located not too far from Lee gardens plaza. within 5mins distance with 20B per person. Sound proof is bad, you can heard loud TV sound from other room and people making noise at the corridor. Hot shower not functioning sometime.

A bit earie (spooky) for some reason

Nice stay
