Filthy bad maintaience.

I had taken 3 photos..unfortunately. ..No attached file...allowed....just to prove my words and point... ..from the Old owner Hatyai Palace to new owner now makes no different..only do the frontage Fasade and lift ....nothing was done really inside...Same like before found 3 baby cocoaches crawling out of the Fridge wooden cabinet on 2 different days plus many tiny ants....I had to kill them all.....toilet ceiling paint were falling apart and very mouldy on the end corner....same issue when the previous owner ...I found bigger roaches around in the morning.....disgusting management attitude towards cleaniness. ...Anytime. .next door "Sing Golden or Rama " had much better cleaniness .......this can never be my preference anymore.....

Bad Sound Proof, hot shower not working sometime
Located not too far from Lee gardens plaza. within 5mins distance with 20B per person. Sound proof is bad, you can heard loud TV sound from other room and people making noise at the corridor. Hot show... อ่านต่อ

A bit earie (spooky) for some reason

Average hotel
The rooms are big and not noisy. But we came in when they were doing renovations and it is not as good as the last few times that we stayed here. Wifi at L8 & L7 were shut off (we are in L7), have to ... อ่านต่อ
