Not a very nice hotel to stay especially when you are travelling with small kids

Family room provided is huge. Staff is all okay. With a standard room rate average of RM200/ night, there had not provide us with a complementary tea, coffee, sugar and creamer. Other than that, they might think that it is enough to provide us with just a small bottle of shampoo (1) and bath gel (1) to cater the whole family (4 of us). No extra pillow and iron provided Hopefully this will be our first and last time experience at this hotel.

Bad service and not clean room

Everything is good, just that for foreign travelers they need to detain your passports until the day you checked out.
