Basic amenities like a functional toilet is not maintained, very disappointed

Good things first, the staffs are friendly and location is not far from lee garden hotel and markets. Read about the negative comments of noisy aircond and lack of hot water for shower before going, so during checking in I confirm with the staff that the room we are going to stay do not have these problems. Worse still, the toilet bowl is obstructed and after reporting, thought it will be well fixed since we gave them whole day to fix it. Came back late night noticed it's still stucked after one use n have to report again and waited for the mechanic to come late night to 'temporarily' relieve it by manual pump, requested him to leave the pump for us so that we can do it ourselves whenever need to but he refused n insisted us to call n report.Ironically the room phone is not functional as well n we have to either go down to the reception multiple times, or call them using our mobile. Paid a lot more than usual days due to festive period, n got this type of room and all the troubles.

Not a very nice hotel to stay especially when you are travelling with small kids

Bad service and not clean room
