my first and my last

this hotel is so smelly as we stay 2 nights there. the hotel is horrible. the floor is dirty and the toilet are old. the room is so smelly until i go to Big C and buy a perfume for our room. the hotel out look and lobby is so new and stylish but the room and the walkway are very old. its an old hotel. not worth to stay, the facilities in the room are also limited. the water pressure also just so so. the location of the hotel is also far from Lee garden. we are so disappointing with our stay. i would give 2 over 10 for this hotel. in fact there are lots of hotel to stay in hatyai. conclusion is we might not come again for next stay in this hotel. a night mare for me and my wife. the price is also expensive.

Please dont have expectations
First, they take passports of everyone as deposits. Second, room does not have basics like tea and coffee, does not even have hot shower! 😅 And then room is not really clean. I found a used cottonbud... อ่านต่อ

If you speak Thai than all is fine, likely!
For the price we paid we can not criticize much except that the personnel does not speak another language than Thai and does not understand much of English. Otherwise nothing much to say, food ok, TV ... อ่านต่อ

Staff was friendly and respond quick to our request....but room cleanliness need to have improvement
