the staff has no idea about me doing a booking thouhg agoda.com. they don't speak english at all. and when i mean at all, i mean at all. not even "hello". so when i got there and explained the booking was done though agoda, they have me a receipt and asked me to pay in advance for 3 nights. when i tried to explain for the 3rd time i had a booking they put me though to a guy who said "i am in motorbike at the moment, can't take your call, talk later" which i never undestood why i was talking to him. 45 to check in. they didn't want to give the key for the room, they took the remotes for the air-con which was payed for until the next day where they finally saw the booking. disaster experience. i know that i'm in thailand, i don't expect people to speak english or spanish, but, i do expect them to understand the check-in procidure at a hotel. i also expect people to great back when you say "sawadee kap" or hello. during all my stay, staff never replied a single time. just felt i was disturbing them. never going back to this place.
