Bad service

I really don’t like the new staff ,she say got 3people stay overnight,pls check CCTV and see my monther and my sister before 11pm ,they go back home already,how can 3/4people stay in one room ?i come de resto stay many times already,before the old staff is good ,I think is round is my last round booking this hotel already. Before Check in I reply her two people is real ,but my mom and my sister &brother cannot come and visit me?

Nice Environment, Nice workers
