Great grounds, lack attention to details

The grounds/garden at Bans are amazing. The setting of the Darwin Restaurant unreal. The negatives, Jungle house located far far away not that big of deal except walking through the construction site became very old. Stayed 8 days room was only cleaned once. At my request. Staff was around my room daily sweeping the dirt in the garden?? The construction going on 100 yards away not a big deal, until they decided to burn there garbage. Nice touch. The smell of burning trash. Was going to dive with there shop, submitted not less than 10 e-mails asking simple yes/no questions, no reply . Booked with different dive shop. I guess my take on Bans, could be amazing, lack of personal attention make it mediocre at best.

Decent for the price
