Great view but the bed is not comfortable

Good service from staff but in our room is quite small and the bed is very hard. Hotel location is hard to get local taxi because local taxi will finish at the junction near police service station then we have to walk to the hotel. however no need to book the room in advance i think they have lots lots of guest house and cheap room rent there, anyway good to have 7-11 nextdoor there

Great location but small rooms

Good basic accomodation
Quite a nice place which is a long way down the jomtien beach, but is easily and cheaply accessed by the 10 baht local transport. The breakfast is basic , cheap options to eat are nearby

The only great thing is location, walking distance to beach. That's it. Nothing special.

Room was clean and would stay again if cheaper
there are better value options if you dont mind a 200 yard walk to the beach, but this place was good.
